00:00The allegations that they've been accused of are some of the worst allegations in the world.
00:05And in particular, those types of allegations, essay allegations, sexual assault,
00:10and anytime you involve a child, let me tell you right now,
00:13that doesn't play well for anyone politically in jail.
00:16So it's got nothing to do with their ability to defend themselves or this or that.
00:21It's got to do with the fact that they put a target on their back
00:25for them to get stabbed, jumped, murdered, whatever it is in jail,
00:29because that is how jail politics and that is how jail gangs and how the jail economy works.
00:34There's a pecking order in jail. It's very real.
00:36But that doesn't take away from the fact that every time somebody walks by their cell,
00:40they get called something, a word that starts with a P,
00:45that's more appropriate to Epstein and not appropriate to them.
00:48And because of that, they have a target on their back that's very, very real.
00:52Obviously, we plan to contest bail.
00:55So that's what the beginning of this process is.
00:57As a matter of first impression, we're asking the court and we're asking the government
01:02for the underlying papers that accompany the allegations.
01:06A lot of bad allegations, a lot of things have been said about Andrew and Tristan Tate.
01:10So we're like, where's the proof?
01:12Do you have a single solitary document other than the accusations that have been levied
01:16against a United Kingdom that hates them?
01:19And the answer right now is no.
01:21They don't have anything but the accusations.
01:24There's no corroborating evidence.
01:26There are no witnesses or alleged victims have been identified.
01:31So there is nothing to support what has been alleged.
01:35The singular most important fact here is that for three years, they have not fled.
01:41For three years, they have traveled the world.
01:46They have come to the U.S.
01:48They have gone to Russia, to Hong Kong, to Turkey, to Dubai.
01:53And every month, they get on a plane and they return to Romania.
01:58So to file a motion in this court at the request of the UK and say there's an emergency
02:06because these guys are going to flee is just false.
02:10So to file a motion in this court, we're going to be able to do this.
