00:13there and to inform the court as to why we've met the burden of special
00:17circumstances look folks if this doesn't meet the test of special circumstances
00:22then I don't know what does 1193 days free they have made all their
00:28appointments in Romania they have never ran away from the law they have leaned
00:31into the court process everywhere that they go they're innocent men they're
00:35free men they're good men and we look forward to demonstrating that to the
00:39court today anything you want to add so we remain hopeful this is a high and tall
00:50mountain that we must climb I say this with all with all due respect it's my
00:54understanding that this honorable judge has never granted bail in this
00:58situation before so it's not like the odds are exactly in our favor but truth
01:03is in our favor and the fact that these guys have leaned into the process they
01:07have not ran from any process across the earth is in our favor we have to
01:12demonstrate to the court to this honorable judge why in the first time in
01:16her story career that she should grant bail on an extradition proceeding we
01:20believe we've demonstrated that to the court already in our pleadings we will of
01:24course make our arguments before dishonorable magistrate today and the
01:28rest of it's in God's hands folks that's all we can do okay so we look
01:32forward to seeing you expect an all-day affair I don't expect this to be dealt
01:35with haphazardly or quickly if we go in there and a decision's been made well
01:39then there's nothing we could have done about it but I think as the longer this
