01:52of the complaints and the warrants of arrest after these had already been issued.
01:57According to Garcia, this deprived them of the opportunity to examine the allegations and file a motion for reconsideration before

02:08The complaints stemmed from two separate cases, an alleged violation of the Safe Spaces Act filed by Capital Health Consultant
02:18Dr. Elise Catalan, daughter of Cebu Governor Pamela Baricuatro,
02:22and a cyber libel complaint filed by Dr. Catalan's husband, Dr. Janos Vizcaino Jr.
02:30In a complaint, Avedavit filed with the Office of Ombudsman on July 22, Garcia accused the three prosecutors of violating
02:38the Anti-Graft and Corruption Practices Act.
