Philippine National Police Acting Chief Police Lieutenant General Jose Melencio Nartatez Jr., together with Bulacan Governor Daniel Fernando, leads an ocular inspection of designated firecracker and pyrotechnic zones in Bocaue, Bulacan, on Monday, December 22.  The inspection is conducted to ensure readiness and public safety ahead of the expected surge of customers at firecracker and pyrotechnic stores during the holiday season, particularly in the lead-up to traditional New Year’s Eve celebrations.
