2 men arrested after viral robbery of female rider in Tondo traffic

Two suspects were arrested just hours after a viral video showed a female rider being robbed at knifepoint while stuck in traffic in Tondo, Manila.  The suspects were presented during the “Talk to the People” program, where Manila Mayor Francisco "Isko Moreno" Domagoso confirmed their arrest shortly after the incident.
