00:57um if the surgery would have been too long right because you can't keep somebody you know
01:06out there like for you can't keep them under forever right um then what you would do is you
01:13do one surgery and then come back and do the other one so his actually starting point for rehab
01:21is probably a little bit later because he had to have a second surgery a lot of times when people
