00:04Here's how it works. Since getting the fabric hair treatment at Brooks and Brooks,
00:07I've been caught in the rain a few times without an umbrella and my hair has stayed perfect.
00:11No frizz, nothing. It's like magic. This innovative treatment strengthens and smooths
00:16dry, damaged hair using hydrolyzed vegetable, wheat and soy proteins, plus moisturising
00:21ingredients like glycerin, rice extracts and vegan keratin amino acids. It's also formaldehyde-free.
00:26The process started with a quick 5-minute shampoo, followed by two steps, turbo and reset. Turbo
00:31smooths the strands while reset combats the effects of moisture to minimise frizz. This
00:35takes about 30 to 45 minutes. Next, a cap was placed on my hair while the treatment sat for 45
00:40minutes
00:40to an hour. After that, the stylist used heat from a hairdryer for about 10 minutes to activate the
00:45treatment. A 5-minute rinse came next, followed by a blow-dry and straightening to lock everything in.
00:49The whole process takes around 4 hours, but if you have waves or curls, the straightening may take
00:54a bit longer. My hair is very thick and wavy, but fabric works for all hair types. Results last
00:594-6 months. It's not about straightening your hair, but rather smoothing, minimising frizz and giving
