00:00Hey guys, I'm Lauren and today I'm going to show you an out of this world, galaxy inspired
00:05makeup look.
00:06This makeup look is perfect for Halloween or any other occasion when you're feeling a
00:11little out of this world.
00:12There's so many ways you can go with this.
00:14You can use whatever colors you want, you can use whatever products you want.
00:17It's just sort of layering and adding stuff and making it look cool and galactic.
00:22Let's get started.
00:23I'm going to start with a pink creamy eyeshadow by ColourPop.
00:28These little guys are really sort of this weird moussey texture but have a lot of color
00:33payoff which is super important for this look.
00:37That's my base layer.
00:38Now I used pink but you could have this purple, blue, whichever color you want.
00:42You just want something to sort of give you the base that you're going to apply more and
00:46more on top of.
00:47So I'm actually going to use this Urban Decay Electric palette.
00:50I'm just going to go in with the hot pink and apply a little more pink to this look so
00:54it
00:54really is bright and really pops.
00:57Next, I sort of have to pick what color I'm going to go in and add dimension with.
01:01My pick is going to be both purple and blue.
01:09You want this look to be soft and blended but not fully washed together.
01:15You want the little patches of blues and pinks.
01:17Now that we have a foundation of color, let's add a little glitter, let's add a little swirly
01:23magic to it.
01:24I'm going to start by using these amazing liquid shadows by Stila.
01:32So see how this is adding a little more depth, a little more sparkle, especially when it catches
01:37the light.
01:37Now that was the blue.
01:38I'm also going to go in with a pink one that sort of has a bluish gold shift to it.
01:45So I'm going to go in with one more sparkly sort of base product and this is a Pat McGrath
01:51highlight eyeshadow.
01:56Now next up, I'm going to add a tiny bit of loose glitter just to give a little bit more
02:00dimension.
02:01So this is actually craft glitter.
02:03So you need to be really careful and not get this too close to your eyes because it's
02:06not meant to go on your eyes.
02:08So I'm just going to keep it on my cheeks so I won't be in any danger.
02:11Cool.
02:12So next thing, I'm going to go in and start adding detail with different eyeliners.
02:23So next thing I'm going to go in with is this NYX liquid liner that's this amazing sparkly
02:27blue color.
02:27And I'm going to sort of connect my constellations together.
02:34Next I'm going to go in with a little liquid gold liner from Kiko and I'm going to add
02:38a little more dimension to my stars.
02:43So another fun idea is finding little star shaped glitter like this cute little one I
02:48got from Topshop and applying a few more stars.
02:51So I'm going to go in with a little eyelash glue, except I'm not going to use it for my
02:54lashes.
02:55I'm going to use it for my stars.
02:59I'm going to keep my lips a little more subtle than the rest of my face and just go in
03:03with
03:03this matte lip cream by NYX.
03:06What I'm going to do to bring these two looks together is add a tiny little highlight on
03:11the top of my upper lip.
03:12I'm going to use this Kiko glittery top coat to give a little gloss to my lips and really
03:16make them pop.
03:18My final step in my galaxy makeup look is actually just define my eyes how I normally would.
03:24So I'm actually going to go in with this bright blue mascara by L'Oreal and apply a little
03:31liquid liner.
03:33To finish my galaxy look off I'm going to hit it with a little setting spray.
03:37There you have it!
03:38My finished galaxy makeup look.
03:40I used a ton of products and went crazy with the glitter.
03:43But you don't have to.
03:44You can use whatever products you have around the house or find in a drugstore or a costume
03:49store and make this really your own.
03:52So have fun with it.
03:53Enjoy yourself and have an out of this world time this Halloween.
