00:00Not much is better than the rich creaminess of a chocolate truffle, except for a truffle
00:06containing cannabis.
00:10To make this magical chocolate treat, start with sugar, butter, clarified butter, and
00:16condensed milk.
00:18The sugar is heated and combined with condensed milk.
00:24In a pressure mixer, chocolate is added to the mix.
00:27And then, it's time for a special ingredient.
00:32Sativa is one of the two types of cannabis, and is known for giving its user a more cerebral
00:38and uplifting experience.
00:44The sativa is added in the form of a CO2-extracted concentrate.
00:50The shells for the truffles are made using molded trays.
00:55Each individual mold is hand-painted, and the trays are loaded into a machine that fills
01:00the molds with melted chocolate.
01:04A vibrating bar shakes out excess chocolate, leaving space for the filling.
01:14The shells have to cool for several hours.
01:18After the shells have cooled, the filling is added, and sealed in with a layer of chocolate.
01:36The finished truffles are sent down the cooling belt, popped out of their molds, and individually
01:45packaged.
01:51Each truffle contains 10mg of THC.
