00:19Hailey Baldwin. Hailey Baldwin. Cool. Okay so we tested a ton of dry shampoos. What are
00:24you looking for when you're testing them? So I have a first test which is the
00:29arm test. So I'll test the dry shampoo on the hair of my arm so I can see if it's
00:34dusty or powdery or how wet it is. Okay. And if it doesn't pass my you know white
00:39test then I'm not going to buy it. So the ones we picked out today will not make
00:44your hair chalky and they will get rid of the grease and the oil and leave your
00:49hair feeling very manageable and smelling really good. So which is your first pick?
00:54Okay so this one definitely came at the top of the list. This is Cantu which this I feel
01:01like you can use for pretty much every single hair type but most people don't
01:05think you can use dry shampoo for thick curly coarse hair and this one actually
01:10works amazingly well. I love that it has apple cider vinegar in it. It's really
01:16natural. Apple cider vinegar actually removes buildup on the hair too so those
01:20oils or sometimes you might think it's oil but it's actually products that are
01:24built up on your roots. Yeah. From shampoos or just the everyday silicones so
01:29this is actually going to really cleanse the hair too. So I feel like this one gives
01:32you longevity. It has tea tree oil in it so it's going to protect your scalp and it
01:37smells amazing. It's clear so pass the chalk test. So I brought my lovely
01:42friend Asia to do a test run of the Cantu. Have you tried this before? No but I just
01:51got it so I can't wait to try it. And is your hair clean? Did you just wash it
01:55today? Is it? I washed it two days ago. Two days ago? Yes! You're a perfect
02:00candidate. Shake the can. Spray the roots. It's nice. It gives a little bit of shine but
02:07not grease. And this one is okay to put on the ends because it's not going to dry
02:12it out. So number two. What was your second tip? Yes. Not your mother's. I just love
02:21this name. This is my favorite too. I've gone a very long time. How many days did
02:26you say you went? You went like... I went like nine or ten days without washing my hair
02:29with this one. I literally bought it in a drugstore in New York and I was just
02:33desperate and I had never tried it before and it... I wrote about it too. It's
02:37on the site but yeah it's a workhorse. This is definitely past the chalk test.
02:42It's clear. I wouldn't spray it on the ends but you could definitely spray it on
02:45the scalp to get rid of oil. Reapply throughout the day if you need to but
02:50this is just like an easy pick up. Cool. No-brainer. Let's go to number three.
02:58Batiste. I feel like a lot of people know about this brand. Classic. Classic. I love
03:03that it has many choices so if you let's say your roots have grown out and you
03:07have gray or you have lighter roots whatever they've got brown they have
03:12blonde they have black so not only do you get rid of the oil but you can also
03:17extend your color for longer so. I love that. Double duo. Awesome. And the other thing I
03:22love about these is they have light and breezy they have where's the other one
03:27clean and classic. So you have the tropical vacation vibes. This literally
03:32smells like vacation. I love that bottle. Is it coconutty? It's really cute. Yeah. This smells so
03:37good. That and a margarita were good. That's after. A tip though with all these dry
03:43shampoos that most people forget is you got to shake it. Shake it up before you use
03:48it so you don't get chalky hair. Okay. So I have Gabriella. Come here darling. So
03:53Gabriella has really dark hair. And you can see how you're not seeing any of the
03:58powdery residue at all. So it's definitely getting rid of that oil. Rub it in.
04:10I love that it has the color in it and also it doesn't get on your hands after
04:14rubbing it in. That's key. So for number four we picked Herbal Essence. I can never
04:20get over their shower commercials. Does it work? Yes this works. It passed the chalk
04:26test. It goes on clear. Makes your hair feel really refreshed. Lightweight. I love that
04:33it has cucumber and green tea in it. So you kind of have this sort of like holistic experience
04:37in the bathroom. If you need a little like down time you can grab this. When we were
04:42testing Sunny said it's for the stressed out guy and girl. There you go. It doesn't tingle
04:50but it does feel really nice. Yeah. It doesn't feel wet or powdery or anything. Really when
04:56you apply dry shampoo you're supposed to let it sit there for like a minute, 30 seconds.
05:00So while that's happening, wash your hands. Get rid of any grease, oil, residue, any dirt
05:06because dirt attracts oil and that can make your dry shampoo wear out quicker. So do that
05:11and then you want to go through and really like give yourself a nice scalp massage. Everyone
05:15needs one of those every day. It feels amazing. Get your friend to do it for you or your boyfriend
05:20if you want. If he's nice enough. We are on our very last dry shampoo pick. Number
05:27five. What is it? This golden goody Pantene Pro V dry shampoo. So this one is very powerful.
05:36The nozzle is fine mist but it definitely sprays at a wide range. So if you're a super greasy
05:43girl, this is an easy go to. If you want volume, this is going to give you medium volume, not
05:49a ton, but it's definitely going to pick up your roots and give you kind of like an airy
05:54sort of feel. The trick with this one I learned is I really like how it smells and how it
05:59works.
06:00But you want to keep it far away because of how the nozzle sprays. So we kind of figured
06:06that out first on the arm test. Just, you know, pull your arm out a little bit.
06:11Oh my god. It's a very, very wide spray. I think a lot of people don't know that you can
06:19actually use dry shampoo on your hair when you're creating like an updo or your back combing.
06:24So if you have that super silky, slippery hair that doesn't hold any style, this is really going
06:30to help you out. Do you want to do it on me? Yeah. Yeah. Let's do it. Okay. Wait, should
06:34I lift it?
06:34I should divide, right? Yeah. Divide. Where are you greasy? Where are you greasy?
06:38Um, my hair doesn't get super greasy. Okay. But is it a little greasy right there? Right here.
06:42Oh, okay. Do you sleep on your back? Yeah. Yeah. Oh my god. You know why? Because when you sleep

06:55Sometimes your roots can look darker just from grease and by using dry shampoo, you can make it look like
