00:00Hi everyone, it's Jen, and I just moved to LA.
00:03I am originally from here, but I was living up north for three years.
00:07But I'm back, and I'm excited to show you my new space.
00:13I had to move to LA because all the work is down here, and I was flying up and down,
00:17and it was getting really exhausting.
00:19And also, my family's down here.
00:21I wanted to be there for them.
00:22The moment that it hit that I finally lived here was when I was able to find my way back
00:26home without using my GPS system.
00:28I started to know, like, oh, turn on this street, and then make a left on this street.
00:32So, I think that's when I was like, wow, like, I actually live here now.
00:36So, it's like a new year, new city.
00:39It's the ultimate fresh start.
00:41So, I feel like I'm ready to tackle it.
00:47So, this is something I got for Christmas last year,
00:50and I think it's just a really great piece to hang by a doorway.
00:54It just adds kind of a rustic feel to a room.
00:56I love it.
00:57But, by far, the most overwhelming part about moving is just not being able to find anything.
01:03Like, I couldn't find my sock box for a while.
01:05Like, I had a box just filled with socks.
01:07I don't know why I separated them, but I had to wear, like, little flats all the time
01:11because I couldn't find my socks.
01:12So, this is my favorite part of my space.
01:16It's the kitchen, and it's because I've never had a kitchen this wide before.
01:20Like, look at the counter space.
01:22There's so much, there's, like, so many options to do stuff.
01:25So, I'm really excited to try out new recipes and eat new food.
01:29It's just amazing.
01:30So, beyond my bathroom, there's a door that leads to my laundry unit.
01:34It's just, like, a very, very dark corner.
01:36But, I just hate having to go there because it's just in the back and dark, and it just gives
01:42me a weird vibe.
01:46This is my bedroom, and I just love the view.
01:50It's gorgeous, and big windows are a huge plus because I like to film in natural light
01:55because I don't know how to set up artificial stuff.
01:57So, it's just great when you have a big window to flood the room with light.
