00:05Hi, I'm Annie Georgia Greenberg, New York editor of Refinery29, and today we're
00:10street style scouting in Williamsburg, home of Catbird, Five Leaves, and the
00:14Brooklyn Flea on nice days like today. Let's see what everyone's wearing. And what
00:18are you wearing today? I'm wearing Alba Lang and Krystia. I'm wearing Krystia Olchazita.
00:24Nice. And where are you going? We are going thrifting. Do you live in Williamsburg?
00:30Not this. I would never live in Brooklyn. We do live in Brooklyn, but we would never live in Brooklyn.
00:35Why not? What's Williamsburg got that you don't like? He's not in New York. Oh, okay.
00:40It's too much Ohio influence. Too much Ohio. Sorry, Ohio. We like Bed-Stuy. So what's your name?
00:49I'm Molly. And what are you wearing today? I'm wearing this varsity jacket. It's my
00:54friends. I just got this at Uniqlo. It's vintage Levi shorts. And what about your shoes? The shoes I
01:02got from Topshop. And I see you have a Hello Kitty sticker on your button. Are you into
01:07her or you just thought it went or what's the story there? I think my friend just
01:12was out there, but I like Hello Kitty. And was it a big decision for you to break out
01:16the shorts today? Yeah, first time. First wear. That's a big deal. It's a little pasty, but...
01:23You got to show them some sun sometimes. Yeah. And what are you wearing today? God, I'm wearing
01:28a t-shirt I made, jeans from Zara, boots I thrifted, a jacket I thrifted, and this is urban. And
01:36what about
01:36your hair? I work for a costume design company. I do wig making, so this is just me playing
01:43around. Half wig? Yeah. What's the craziest wig you make? Something that's piled about four
01:50feet in the air and has brinestone and sparkled cherries on it. How did you get into that? Have
01:55you always had a fascination or...? Yeah. I mean, I've always kind of made clothing ever since I was a
01:59little kid, but I just landed this costume joint gig from a friend who knew that I made
02:06stuff like that. Nice. And what's the worst wig you've ever seen on a celebrity? I'd say
02:13the early extension craze where you could see everybody's tracks. Those are the worst. This
02:18is a wig. Yeah? No. No. No. No. No. No. Love it or hate it, Williamsburg definitely has
02:25a style all its own. Stay tuned for next time, where we'll be scouting style in a different
02:29New York neighborhood.
