00:13on the sidelines of the ASEAN Summit in Manila.
00:19Chong said Vietnam remains committed to reaching a trade agreement with Washington
00:23and will continue to support U.S. companies expanding in the country.
00:27Vietnam is facing three separate investigations
00:30launched by the Trump administration into its trade practices.
00:34The probes include a Section 301 investigation into alleged unfair trade practices
00:39as well as investigation into intellectual property and forced labor.
00:44The diplomatic push comes as President Donald Trump's temporary 10% tariff
00:48on Vietnamese imports is due to expire on Friday.
