00:00I mean, full disclosure, Pilates.
00:02I mean, I knew that this was going to be a lot more action
00:05that we had done before,
00:06and I've almost always done all my stunts,
00:10for better or for worse.
00:11And this time, honestly,
00:14the thing that always hurts me the most is running
00:16because going from a standstill to a sprint
00:19is very, very difficult
00:21if you don't know what you're doing.
00:22So stretching was weirdly the big headline for me on this,
00:25but I was thrilled to get to do it,
00:27and I was thrilled to get to see him to do more action
00:29and I was trying to get him hurt and it didn't work, but...
00:32Slight hammy, pulled a hammy doing my dead sprint.
00:36Like you said, you go from that standstill
00:38and, you know, my wife's personal trainer, yoga instructor,
00:42and I learned my base from her
00:45that I can take with me on the road
00:47when I go do these things.
00:48So I'm constantly, you know, I'm a little older now,
00:50and so I'm constantly working to try and keep myself
00:55at least preventative, you know,
00:57to not get hurt doing this.
