01:06he sort of rejected it, denied it, he defended that the Five-Point Consensus still exists.
01:12So, that whatever resolution that was passed in Parliament then is practically negated
01:19because he mentioned to us that it's no longer there, there is still the situation
01:27and they are of the view that the Five-Point Consensus is still there.

02:19So the salient points there is that practically it was actually a Brunei proposal
02:27that the Special Envoy should be assisted by a unit in the Secretariat.
02:34But these are all proposals.
02:36There's issue also of funding, who's going to fund the travels of the Special Envoy.
02:41But again, we have tasked the senior officials to really give meat and discuss this carefully
02:48because this is an input to the leaders' meeting in November.
