00:10using gasoline and fireworks outside 26 Federal Plaza in Lower Manhattan on Monday morning.
00:16Now, this is a building that houses immigration courts, an ice field office, and other federal
00:20agencies. Police say the suspect also threatened people with airsoft rifles while pulling a cart
00:25painted with the words, ice off our streets. Dramatic video shows a man dousing the ground
00:31in accelerant, lighting it on fire, and then tossing fireworks into the flames before officers
00:37rushed in, tackled him to the ground, and took him into custody. Four civilians suffered minor injuries.
00:42One person was taken to the hospital. The other three were treated at the scene.
00:45The FBI says its Joint Terrorism Task Force is now leading the investigation, including
00:50whether this attack was motivated by anti-ice sentiment.
