00:00Today we are trying out the PowerDot 2.0 by DeraBody. We're going to jump
00:05straight into actually using this thing and showing you how easy it is to do.
00:09Here's our editor-in-chief Nick Hall to show you. Connect a lead cable to the
00:13PowerDot, rip open the electrode pads and connect them to the lead cables. The
00:18magnetic connectors on each end make this easy and place them according to the app.
00:23The rectangular one goes on the PowerDot and the circular ones on the ends of the
00:27cable. Pick your desired workout based on what you're trying to target and away
00:31we go. Here we can see Nick increasing the level. Should you feel the placement is
00:39not quite right you can easily peel off the adhesive pads. On average each pad
00:44lasts for around 25 stimulation sessions and after that PowerDot recommends you
00:48replace them. Switching it up now and Nick is trying a warm-up calf workout. Let's
00:53have a go. What's in the box you ask? Well you've got the instructions and the
00:58pads in here. You've got a great looking carry case, really easy to transport this
01:03even come on a plane with you. Having a closer look we've got two PowerDots, four
01:08lead cables of different sizes, 10 centimeters and 30 centimeters long to be
01:12used depending on the targeted muscle group and your physical measurements. And of
01:17course the reusable pads which we've shown you before and the instruction manual.
01:21Now the instruction manual works you through all the workouts as does the app
01:25which we found really user-friendly. There are workouts for muscle endurance,
01:29strength endurance, resistance, explosive strength, active recovery and light
01:34recovery. Connect the leads and away you go.
