00:13so we're sitting here with a nashville hot fried chicken burger and the crow burger the legendary
00:18burger that i've heard things about all over sydney but there's also a whole entire menu
00:22filled with amazing burgers so i'm going to run you through everything you get here at the crowbar
00:27you have your classic cheeseburger you have the crow burger which is what we've got here it's a
00:31staple of this house it comes with lettuce tomato onion rings over the cheeseburger house-made bacon
00:35and bourbon jam which sounds exceptional these guys are making a lot of the ingredients themselves and
00:40i'm just putting it out of a packet like a lot of places you've got the ultimate pig pulled pork
00:43sandwich brisket cheeseburger i can see that they're making that brisket out the back like
00:47they are doing this all the gist the 12-hour house smoked brisket then you've got the nashville
00:52fried chicken burger hot fried chicken burger which we have here house-made spices
00:56house brine chicken that's a tick in my book that gets an extra flavor extra juiciness

01:50the crow burger i've heard so many good things about this look at that it's a handful of a burger

05:41crowbar ultimate pig in marrickville just off paramount road this is easily for me one of the best
