00:04This is the Ultra Human Air, probably one of the most impressive health trackers I've worn to date.
00:11Now one gripe I have with fitness trackers is that it's very obvious that you're tracking your health.
00:16But it's quite different with the Ultra Human Air.
00:18As you can see, it's quite a premium looking device and really blends in with pretty much any attire you're
00:24wearing.
00:24Now this particular ring is made of aerospace grade titanium and I've worn this a few times to the gym.
00:31You can see that the ring itself has barely any scratches on it, which is pretty impressive given I've been
00:37doing bench press, lots of barbell work with metal handles, which was one of my main concerns when wearing the
00:43ring.
00:44But honestly, I still think it looks great.
00:46You've got your standard data like your total calories and steps, stress rhythm score.
00:51The higher the score, the more I can tolerate my stress throughout the day.
00:55We've got your sleep score, which provides a lot of data, my sleep efficiency, my temperature throughout the night, and
01:02if it was a restorative sleep or not.

01:06Given I'm 31, pretty happy with a cardio age of 29 there, which is all based on your VO2 max,
01:12your resting heart rate, and your HRV.
01:14You can see here that I'm approaching my caffeine intolerance window, and any caffeine consumed past 3 p.m., say,
01:21start affecting my sleep.
01:23Now the battery is situated in the upper ring here, which really isn't that much at all, but you still
01:28get about four days of battery life on this.
01:30The Ultra Human Air comes in at $600 Australian, which is a substantial price, yet in comparison to other rings
01:38on the market, there are no subscription fees.
01:40This one has seriously blown me away. I think this is possibly one of the best rings that you can
01:46get at this time.
