The bigger the ambition, the harder the hustle.

For Chef, Big Sam Young, the drive to succeed is rooted in memory. His motivation is simple: work hard enough so that the struggle becomes a thing of the past, and lobster is on the menu whenever he wants it.

Sam’s journey continues the Ambition Project, a collaboration between Man of Many and investment platform @hellostake. Watch the full story on Man of Many’s YouTube.

00:00My family come from a blue collar family in Hong Kong and we were in the
00:04government subsidized housing and growing up I see my parents struggles and
00:08they gave everything they had for me and people often ask me why I love lobster
00:14so much. It's because I could never afford a lobster before. I tell myself I
00:20need to work hard and I'll bust my ass off so I can eat a lobster anytime
00:24anywhere I want. I think that's the motivation of trying to make it in this
00:30city right. The bigger ambitions you have the harder you hustle the luckier you get
00:35and that energy just feed into more bigger ambitions.
