Today I'm going to break down the specifics on how you can make Honey Powder in your freeze dryer. It's easier than you think!!
If you plan on using egg white protein powder to make freeze dried honey here's the recipe:
600g water
300g honey
150g egg white protein powder
You can scale this up or down to suit your freeze dryer needs (the above recipe produces 4 cups of solution. Be sure to not over fill your trays when making this recipe. Only fill your trays to 25% full
