00:00I'd rather die than withdraw.
00:04If they're gonna kill me, they're gonna kill me.
00:14So you'd still like to serve on the Supreme Court?
00:17I'd rather die than withdraw from the process.
00:25Not for the purpose of serving on the Supreme Court,
00:30but for the purpose of not being driven out of this process.
00:35I would not be scared.
00:37I don't like bullies.
00:39I've never run from bullies.
00:41I never cry uncle, and I'm not gonna cry uncle today
00:45whether I want to be on the Supreme Court or not.
00:48So I thought I would just share a little bit
00:50about how the threats have affected me
00:52and my family personally.
00:54They have required me to, my children,
00:57to think about and see things
00:59that children should not have to see.
01:03We gotta talk about Supreme Court Justice Amy Coney Barrett.
01:09Oh man, shout out to Clarence Thomas.
01:12Cause man, what a classic, absolute classic clip
01:16of him saying, I would rather die
01:18than withdraw from this process.
01:20Not because I wanna be on the Supreme Court,
01:22but I'm not gonna let anybody bully me.
01:25I'm not gonna let anybody push me off of this process.
01:28So I would rather die than withdraw.
01:32So if they're gonna kill me, then let them kill me.
01:35But I ain't going anywhere.
01:38Love that.
01:39Love that.
01:40And it's proven why, you know,
01:42he's the, probably, arguably,
01:45the greatest Supreme Court Justice of all time.
01:48So big shout out to Clarence Thomas, man.
01:50Big, big, big shout out.
01:51I wish we could have the entire Supreme Court
01:54filled with nothing but Clarence Thomas.
02:00Wouldn't that be lovely?
02:01Wouldn't that be absolutely amazing?
02:04Now, before we get into what Amy Coney Barrett had to say,
02:09because of course, she went before Congress
02:12and had some things to say
02:15because the Supreme Court wants more funding
02:17for security purposes,
02:19as well as just other things as well,
02:22because, you know, costs have risen, okay?
02:25Joe Biden's inflation, 9%,
02:27you know, made costs go up a little bit.
02:30So they're asking for some more money
02:31for many things, including security.
02:35But like I said, before we get into that,
02:37I want to play a couple of clips
02:38because the security is an issue.
02:412022, near Justice Brett Kavanaugh's home,
02:44police arrested someone with weapons
02:46who was later charged with attempted assassination.
02:49Protesters gathered outside
02:50Justice Clarence Thomas' home in Virginia
02:52after the Dobbs decision,
02:54which ended the federal constitutional right to abortion.
02:57And protesters gathered outside the home
02:59of Justice Amy Coney Barrett
03:00following the leak of the draft Dobbs' opinion.
03:04And overall, the Supreme Court
03:06is requesting a budget of $228 million.
03:09We're going to pause that.
03:10We're going to come back to that.
03:11We're going to come back to that.
03:12But I wanted to play a little bit of that,
03:13as well as there was a guy
03:16who pulled up to the Capitol
03:18and actually asked Capitol Police,
03:21where's the Supreme Court?
03:23He was later arrested
03:24because he had a firearm in his car.
03:26And he planned on going to the Supreme Court
03:28and who knows what he planned on doing from there.
03:33We can make some assumptions
03:34based on what he had with him.
03:37But yeah, it is very, very serious,
03:41especially when you have politicians
03:43like Chuck Schumer
03:45saying the most ridiculous things.
03:47And here's the thing.
03:49If Trump had said the exact stuff
03:52that you're about to witness Chuck Schumer say,
03:54I guarantee you Democrats
03:55would be calling for his arrest,
03:57would be marching up and down the streets.
04:00Trump is, you know, promoting violence
04:02and all of this other nonsense.
04:03But because Chuck Schumer is a Democrat,
04:06nobody has anything to say about it.
04:09Check it out.
04:10Inside the walls of this court,
04:14the Supreme Court is hearing arguments,
04:16as you know,
04:17for the first major abortion right cases
04:20since Justices Kavanaugh
04:26and Justices Gorsuch
04:30came to the bench.
04:32We know what's at stake.
04:34Over the last three years,
04:36women's reproductive rights
04:38have come under attack
04:40in a way we haven't seen in modern history.
04:43From Louisiana to Missouri to Texas,
04:46Republican legislatures
04:48are waging a war on women.
04:51All women.
04:53And they're taking away fundamental rights.
04:56I want to tell you, Gorsuch,
04:58I want to tell you, Kavanaugh,
05:00you have released the whirlwind
05:03and you will pay the price.
05:09You won't know what hit you
05:11if you go forward with these awful decisions.
05:14The bottom line is very simple.
05:17We will stand with the American people.
05:21We will stand with American women.
05:23We will tell President Trump
05:25and Senate Republicans
05:27who have stacked the court
05:29with right-wing ideologues
05:30that you're going to be gone in November
05:32and you will never be able
05:34to do what you're trying to do now
05:37ever, ever again.
05:40You hear that over there on the far right?
05:42You're gone in November.
05:51Now, let's be honest.
05:53If Trump got up on a podium,
05:55you know, walked up to a podium,
05:57it said some of those same exact words.
06:01Do we not think the left will be going crazy
06:03calling for his arrest
06:04saying he's inciting violence?
06:07What if he said what Maxine Waters said
06:09some years ago when she said,
06:12when you see them out in public,
06:14you push up on them
06:16and you let them know
06:17that they are not welcome here anymore.
06:21You know, what if he said
06:22those exact same words?
06:23Do you think they would be
06:24calling for his arrest,
06:25saying he's promoting violence,
06:27pushing violence,
06:27and all this other nonsense?
06:28Of course they would.
06:30But it's fine when they do it.
06:33Now, let's get into
06:35the meat and potatoes here.
06:36I know you guys have been waiting on it.
06:37Here is what Amy Coney Barrett
06:40had to say.
06:41Check it out.
06:42So I thought I would just share
06:44a little bit about how the threats
06:45have affected me
06:46and my family personally.
06:48They have required me to,
06:50my children,
06:52to think about and see
06:53things that children
06:54should not have to see
06:55or think about.
06:56One example is when threats
06:58to my life were particularly intense
07:00a few years ago
07:01around the time of the Dobbs leak.
07:03My security details
07:04sent me home
07:05with a bulletproof vest
07:06and I carried it into my house,
07:07put it into my bedroom,
07:09dropped it down on a table,
07:10turned around
07:11and my 12-year-old son
07:12was standing in the doorway
07:13of my bedroom
07:14and he wanted to know
07:15what it was
07:16and why I had it
07:17and I didn't know
07:18how to respond
07:19because maybe I lack imagination
07:21but I didn't expect
07:22that performing this service
07:24was going to put me
07:25in the position
07:25of explaining to my children
07:27what a bulletproof vest was
07:29and why I had to wear one.
07:30It's also been reported
07:32in the news
07:33that roughly six weeks ago
07:34I was the victim
07:35of a swatting incident.
07:37At that point,
07:38my teenage son,
07:40one of my teenage sons
07:40opened the door
07:42to go out with friends
07:43and saw in our street,
07:46it was full of police cars,
07:48who had responded
07:50to a false report
07:51of gunshots
07:52and raised voices
07:53in my home.
07:54I was very,
07:55very grateful
07:55that I had Supreme Court
07:57police outside my home
07:58because they were able
07:59to stop and meet with
08:01and explain
08:01to the county police
08:03that it had been
08:04a false alarm
08:05and so the police
08:05did not actually
08:06attempt to enter our home.
08:09Many of us,
08:10me included,
08:11have received
08:12threatening anonymous deliveries
08:14designed to intimidate
08:16and harass us.
08:17They are often sent
08:19in the name
08:19of Judge Salas' son,
08:21who I think,
08:22as you mentioned
08:23in the beginning,
08:23Mr. Chairman,
08:25is deceased
08:26because he was killed
08:27by a disgruntled lawyer
08:28who showed up
08:29at Judge Salas' home
08:30intending to kill her
08:32but her son,
08:3320 years old at the time,
08:34opened the door
08:35and took the bullet.
08:36Instead,
08:37her husband,
08:37standing behind,
08:38was seriously injured.
08:39So I think the message
08:40on these deliveries
08:42being sent in his name
08:44is clear.
08:46As Justice Kagan said,
08:48federal judges
08:49across the country,
08:50throughout the judiciary,
08:51including the Supreme Court,
08:53continue to do their jobs
08:54without fear or favor
08:55but the threat level
08:56is really high.
09:01So,
09:01there's a couple
09:03of things here.
09:05First off,
09:06if your son
09:07doesn't know
09:08what a bulletproof vest is,
09:10I feel like
09:11that's a problem
09:12because if I heard
09:13it correctly,
09:13her son is 12.
09:15So I thought
09:16I would just share
09:17they have required me
09:19to,
09:20my children,
09:21to think about
09:22and see things
09:22that children should not
09:23do is when threats
09:25to my life
09:25were particularly...
09:26Hold on.
09:27I want to play it
09:28back a little bit.
09:29My security details
09:30sent me home
09:31with a bulletproof vest
09:32and I carried it
09:33into my house,
09:34put it into my bedroom,
09:35dropped it down
09:36on a table,
09:37turned around
09:37and my 12-year-old son...
09:38Yeah, 12.
09:39If your son is 12
09:40and he doesn't know
09:41what a bulletproof vest is,
09:42that's a problem.
09:43You are,
09:44you are shielding him
09:48way too hard
09:49from the world.
09:51At 12 years old,
09:52he's never played
09:53Call of Duty.
09:56He's never,
09:59I don't know,
10:01played Grand Theft Auto.
10:04That's a little extreme.
10:05I know some parents
10:06don't like that kind of stuff,
10:07but still,
10:07it's a video game
10:08at the end of the day.
10:09Just a video game.
10:10Same thing with Call of Duty.
10:12Or watched any
10:14action movies.
10:16I would even say
10:17even Fortnite,
10:18right?
10:19I know,
10:19I know the,
10:20the mechanic
10:20isn't necessarily
10:21a vest,
10:23but it's a shield,
10:24right?
10:25I haven't played
10:25Fortnite forever.
10:27Jeez.
10:28The gulps
10:29or whatever
10:30that they,
10:30that they do on there,
10:31the shields.
10:33Same kind of situation.
10:34If he doesn't know
10:35what a bulletproof vest is,
10:38I find that a little strange.
10:40A little strange.
10:41Now,
10:42I will say this.
10:43The fact that
10:44a Supreme Court justice
10:45needs to have
10:46a bulletproof vest
10:47is also crazy too.
10:49Okay?
10:49I want to make that clear.
10:50I'm not,
10:51I'm not excusing
10:52these far leftist behavior
10:55in threatening
10:56these Supreme Court justices,
10:57whether on the right
10:58or on the left,
10:59right?
10:59Both sides.
11:01Supreme Court justices.
11:02Even a Supreme Court,
11:03like I said,
11:04even those Supreme Court
11:05justices that are
11:05super liberal
11:06and never vote
11:07with the right side,
11:08hey,
11:09they deserve
11:10to live peacefully too.
11:14100%.
11:15Okay?
11:16Because that,
11:17that is just
11:17absolutely ridiculous
11:18to,
11:19to be threatening
11:20Supreme Court justices.
11:21And honestly,
11:23if I was up there,
11:24you know,
11:25questioning Amy,
11:28first off,
11:28I would,
11:29I would,
11:29I would have
11:30a couple of things to say.
11:31I mean,
11:31obviously I would give them
11:32the money that they need
11:33to for protection,
11:35but then I would also
11:35ask Amy,
11:37you know,
11:37Amy,
11:39have the threats
11:42change the way
11:43that you vote?
11:44Because,
11:45you know,
11:45I took the liberty
11:46to look at some,
11:47some numbers
11:47and it looks like
11:49since the threats
11:50ramped up,
11:51you've started to vote
11:52further to the left.
11:53So if that is the case
11:54and these threats
11:55are coming from
11:56these leftists,
11:57we all know it's not
11:57coming from folks
11:58on the right,
11:59shouldn't they be
12:00on your side?
12:01And if not,
12:02then why are you
12:03voting with them?
12:04Because,
12:05I want to throw this
12:06up on the screen.
12:08So here you have
12:10Amy Coney Barrett's
12:11conservative voting record
12:12before and after,
12:14before and after
12:15Dobbs v. Jackson
12:17women's health
12:18in 2022.
12:21So over here
12:21on the left,
12:22you can see
12:24where she was
12:25voting
12:27at a higher
12:28clip,
12:2865%
12:29in the
12:302020
12:31session,
12:3381%
12:34with Republicans
12:35in the
12:362021
12:36session,
12:38Dobbs decision
12:39hit,
12:40threats came
12:40through the roof,
12:41immediately tanks
12:42down to 60,
12:43or 59,
12:44excuse me.
12:46Then it went
12:47to 57.
12:49Now we're
12:50all the way
12:50down at 50.
12:52And dropping.
12:55Okay,
12:55so what's
12:57going on here,
12:57Amy?
12:59Shouldn't these
13:00folks be on your
13:00side?
13:01And if not,
13:01then why do you
13:02continually
13:03and increasingly
13:05vote in their
13:06direction?
13:09What's going on
13:09here?
13:15I want to read
13:15this.
13:16Amy Coney Barrett's
13:16record tells a
13:17troubling story.
13:18Before Dobbs,
13:19she voted with
13:19conservative position
13:20in 81% of
13:21non-unanimous
13:22cases.
13:23Since then,
13:24that number
13:24has dropped
13:25sharply into
13:25the 50s and
13:2660s range
13:27in subsequent
13:28terms,
13:29including on
13:30major cases
13:31involving
13:31birthright
13:32citizenship,
13:33election
13:34procedures,
13:34and administrative
13:36power,
13:37where she has
13:38sided with
13:39Chief Justice
13:40Roberts and
13:41the liberals.
13:42The Dobbs leak
13:43triggered violent
13:44threats and
13:44protests aimed
13:45directly at
13:46Supreme Court
13:47justices.
13:47If the threat
13:49of violence
13:49or intimidation
13:50can move a
13:51justice's
13:51votes on
13:53foundational
13:53issues,
13:54we have a
13:54constitutional
13:55crisis on
13:56our hands.
13:57Judicial
13:57independence is
13:58not optional.
14:00It is the
14:00foundation of
14:02the rule of
14:02law.
14:03When justices
14:04appear to bend
14:04under pressure,
14:05public trust
14:06collapses and
14:07the entire
14:08system is at
14:09risk.
14:10This cannot be
14:11allowed to
14:11stand.
14:12Threats
14:13against the
14:13court must
14:14be met with
14:15zero tolerance,
14:16full investigations
14:17and real
14:18consequences,
14:19no matter
14:20who makes
14:21them.
14:21Anything
14:22less is an
14:23attack on
14:24self-government
14:25itself.
14:28I agree.
14:30I agree.
14:31We see the
14:31consequences of
14:32that.
14:34And it's also
14:35why I played
14:35that clip at
14:36the beginning
14:36of this video
14:37with Clarence
14:38Thomas saying
14:39they'll just
14:40have to kill
14:40me.
14:42I'm not
14:42going anywhere.
14:44We need
14:45people like
14:46that on the
14:46Supreme Court
14:48because if
14:50and I get
14:51it, right?
14:51It's scary,
14:52especially if you've
14:52got a family and
14:53whatnot, but if
14:54that is making
14:55you do this,
14:58it's
14:58unacceptable.
15:00Unacceptable.
15:02On both
15:02sides, right?
15:04Follow the
15:05Constitution as a
15:06Supreme Court
15:07justice, but then
15:08also from these
15:09far leftists, it
15:09is unacceptable as
15:10well.
15:10I think you
15:11shouldn't even
15:12be able to
15:12protest in
15:14front of a
15:14Supreme Court
15:15justice's home.
15:17You shouldn't
15:18even be able to
15:18march the
15:19streets in
15:19front of their
15:20homes.
15:21Leave them
15:22alone.
15:24That should
15:24be made
15:25illegal in
15:26my humble
15:27opinion.
15:28I know some
15:29people could say
15:30that's a slippery
15:31slope, rich,
15:32you know, freedom
15:32of speech and
15:33whatnot, but
15:34also you can't
15:35be allowed to
15:36intimidate the
15:37judges because
15:39you see what
15:40happens.
15:43Look at Amy
15:44Coney Barrett.
15:45She started
15:45off hot, then
15:48the big decision
15:49hit, and then
15:50all the threats
15:51came, the
15:52swatting
15:53incident, right,
15:55the random
15:55mail, the
15:56threats, the
15:59bulletproof vest,
16:01and now
16:02everything's
16:02tanking.
16:05she's basically
16:06a liberal
16:07now.
16:10And that
16:11is a problem,
16:12like I said,
16:12on both sides.
16:13It's a problem
16:14for her because
16:15she's not
16:15following the
16:16Constitution
16:16completely, but
16:17then also it's a
16:18major problem for
16:19these far leftists.
16:20They must be
16:21arrested and
16:22prosecuted.
16:23I guarantee you
16:24if you made it
16:25illegal to,
16:26one, threaten
16:27Supreme Court
16:28justice, or I
16:30should say,
16:31excuse me, if
16:32you made it
16:32illegal to
16:33protest in
16:33front of a
16:34Supreme Court
16:34justice home,
16:35and you took
16:36these threats
16:37serious, and
16:38you started
16:38giving people
16:40hefty sentences
16:41for this type
16:42of stuff, I
16:43mean years,
16:4420 years in
16:45prison for this
16:46type of stuff,
16:47it all ends
16:47tomorrow.
16:49It all ends
16:50tomorrow.
16:50Instantly, boom,
16:52done, vanished.
16:53And once again,
16:54that is for both
16:55sides.
16:56I know us
16:57folks on the
16:57right don't do
16:58this type of
16:58stuff, but even
17:00the liberal
17:01justice that I
17:02would never
17:02agree with,
17:03they deserve
17:04protection too,
17:07even though,
17:09right, it's their
17:10own side that's
17:11actually doing it,
17:12they deserve
17:12protection too.
17:13But, y'all get
17:14in the comments,
17:15let me know your
17:16thoughts and your
17:16opinions, how can
17:18we ensure that
17:19our Supreme Court
17:20justices aren't
17:21influenced by any
17:24of this stuff?
17:26Some people have
17:27said that Amy
17:27Coney Barrett just
17:28needs to step
17:29away.
17:30She needs to
17:31retire.
17:33I highly
17:33doubt that's
17:34going to happen.
17:35Amy Coney
17:35Barrett is
17:36what?
17:36I believe she's
17:37in her 50s.
17:38She ain't
17:39retiring.
17:40Not retiring.
17:42Not by a long
17:43shot.
17:45It would be nice
17:46because then we
17:46could make sure
17:47that we replaced
17:48her with, you
17:48know, more of a
17:50Clarence Thomas
17:50type, you know,
17:53but nah, she
17:54ain't going
17:55anywhere.
17:56But what do
17:57you guys think
17:58the fix is for
17:59this?
18:00Let me know.
18:01Make sure you
18:01hit that like
18:02button, subscribe
18:03if you are new,
18:04and I'm going to
18:04catch y'all in the
18:05next one.
18:06Peace.
