00:01Beastado sa Baguio City ang pagkatay ng isang lalaki sa tatlong asok.

00:05Inireklamo naman ng isang restaurant sa La Trinidad Benguet na naghahay ng putahing ang karne ay asok.

00:19Nang minsang may kumaing government employee sa isang restaurant sa La Trinidad Benguet,

00:24nagduda sila kung anong klaseng karne ang kinain nila dahil tila iba raw ang lasa nito.

00:30Kaya sumanggunin sila sa isang abogadong nagsusulong ng animal welfare.

00:34Nagpatulong sila sa National Meat Inspection Service para masuri ang karne ang kinain nila.

00:40At kinumpirma ng NMIS, dog meat o karne ng aso ang kinain nila sa restaurant.

00:46Nakita kasi sa test result na may DNA ng aso sa karne.

00:50Ayon sa Animal Welfare Advocate, ito na ang ikalawang beses na nagpasuri ng inihahaing pagkain sa ilang kainan sa La

00:56Trinidad.

00:56The second one involves another restaurant with the same name.

01:01Nakapag-order naman ng ilang government employees ng two servings of suspected dog meat.

01:09And then that meat was sent by NMIS Baguio City to their laboratory.

01:15And the result is again positive.

01:17Matapos makuha ang resulta, nagsampan ng apat na panibagong kasong kriminal

01:22ang abogado laban sa may-ari ng naturang kainan na wala pang pahayag.

01:27There are instances when a cultural ritual requires the killing of dogs.

01:34That is an exception under the Animal Welfare Act.

01:37But to say that it is our culture to butcher dogs para lang kainin yung meat, that's disputable.

01:45Sa Baguio City, wala ng buhay ang tatlong asong nakita sa isang bahay sa barangay Kiyas noong July 12.

01:51Huli sa akto ng pagkatay sa kanila ang isang lalaking 44 anyos.

01:55Ayon sa Baguio City Police Station 4, rumisponde sila bandang alauna ng hapon bunsod na natanggap na report.

02:01Nahaharap ang sospek sa tatlong magkahihwalay na reklamong paglabag sa Republic Act 8485 o Animal Welfare Act of 1998.

02:09Wala pa siyang pahayag.
