00:10The idea somehow, and I'm not saying that the guest is painting this, that we have this perfect or near
00:15-perfect system, and we don't have to worry about it, which is sort of the oppression that many people who
00:22argue against President Trump try to create, I think is just, it doesn't seem compatible with the rest of the
00:27world, as I met.
00:28Secondly, I didn't hear one word about the Clinton campaign's manipulation of the dossier and its efforts to manipulate the
00:36election, and that was the basis of the hoax.
00:41With respect to the intelligence community, I've been in Washington as well for 40 years, and with all due respect,
00:46all these so-called nonpartisan people, and I've been in the civil service, and I've been in political appointees in
00:52a number of agencies.
00:53I've never found them.
00:54I've found the people in the Washington, D.C. area, as manifested by the voting patterns in the District of
00:59Columbia, Maryland, and Virginia, to be highly partisan, highly liberal, highly Democrat.
01:04So I don't put a lot of faith, with all due respect, on our intelligence people any more than I
01:09do with any other government employee.
01:11Remember, these are the same people who said they were weapons of mass destruction in Iraq.
01:15So they can get it wrong, and they often do, and he's right about tea leaves, but it depends how
01:21much you want to look at those tea leaves and what tea leaves, to use the pun here with China.
01:25The difference is sophistication and AI and other things, whether it's 2020 or certainly now, are far more efficient and
01:34able to manipulate actually anything than they were, including elections, than they were 10 or 15 years ago.
01:41So that's just a reality I think the President has sounded the alarm bell on.
01:45But I just believe in the gut of most Americans, and that's why the SAFE Act has such a strong
01:53level of support, bipartisan support, is it's much too much of faith on either antiquated systems or questionable systems and
02:03certainly lack of identification of voters.
02:06So there are a lot of different components. I know you're focused mostly on the espionage part of it in
02:11China.
02:12Whether China was successful or not, I'm not willing to cede that point to the other guest.
02:17That remains a large unknown. I would not be surprised if they were successful or partially successful.
02:23And when you mention about election integrity, Leanne, does the other guest think it's appropriate for Hillary Clinton to say
02:30that she won the election, as she has said now, in 2016,
02:34and that President Trump was an illegitimate president, Stacey Abrams, the governor of Georgia, said she won that election for
02:41governor.
02:41It was certified as the Governor Kemp winning the election.
02:46So I find it curious when the Democrats question voter manipulations of the election laws or the results,
02:54whether the president was legitimately elected or in the case of the governor of Georgia.
02:59I see very, very, not by the other guests, but very much silence on the left about these allegations.
