00:56that no matter what you try to do, you are still in a communist economy and a strongly controlled economy
01:05that people have the tendency to flee.
01:07And we have seen a huge number of Chinese millionaires moving out, billionaires actually, moving out of China into Australia,
01:16New Zealand, into the U.S., into Canada and all these other places.
01:20So China really needs to redefine its policies with the changing wave of the international global markets.
01:28On Russia specifically, I do believe that the break that Trump gave for Iranian and for Russian oil, because he
01:35needed to keep the oil prices under control, is not over yet, especially with the assumption of resumption of the
01:44military actions.
01:45He might need to rethink that if he wants to keep controlling the oil markets, and he might need to
01:51reconsider the permission for Russian oil to be sold to China and to other players.
01:58But if he doesn't need it, definitely he is benefiting as the U.S., as the main producer and exporter
02:06of oil.
02:06He is trying to benefit as much as possible without having to give in to Iranian or to Russian oil,

02:16I don't think it is directly targeting China.
02:18It is part of his general policy and the result of his conflicts in Iran.
