00:00It's not the question of if or when AI will transform our economy, but past that.
00:06The question that matters, the choice that we have, is how.
00:11How we apply our enduring values of fairness and opportunity
00:16to make this technology work for us, for workers and communities,
00:22for our economy and our environment, for our creative industries and media.
00:28This is about Australia shaping the future, rather than letting the future shape us.
00:34It's how we support business owners to cut the time they spend on paperwork.
00:39It's driving productivity and it's driving discovery.
00:43It's building new screening tools for cancer and disease.
00:47It is a critical and urgent innovation priority for our defense force and security agencies.
00:55No government can turn back the clock.
