Push for additional lights on trains to improve rail crossing safety

An alliance of industry groups has thrown its support behind a private members bill to mandate additional train lighting to improve safety at passive rail crossings across WA. For one advocate, who lost her brother in a tragic railway accident more than 25 years ago, the changes can't come soon enough.
