06:38amount of pepperoni on this pizza. Salty. Just what you need out of your pepperoni.

10:00ways to grow your money long term, especially for retirement. But it can be a wild ride full of ups
10:07and downs
10:07that test even the most patient investor. Well lately, it's been going almost entirely in one direction.
10:15And we are leading off with the best news Wall Street has had in years. Let's do the news.
10:23Wall Street just wrapped one of its best quarters in recent memory. The S&P 500 closed Tuesday up 14
10:31% for the second quarter of 2026,
10:34its best three month run since the pandemic recovery of 2020. The Nasdaq surged 20% in the same period
10:43while the Philadelphia Semiconductor Index cemented its best quarter ever.
10:48Analysts credit the SpaceX IPO buzz, AI earnings momentum, and the Iran peace deal reopening global trade.
10:57While more volatility is most certainly ahead, for now, the numbers look very good.
11:03Something else that's going up is the temperature of the world's oceans.
11:07They just hit their hottest June on record, and scientists are using the phrase uncharted territory.
11:14A new report has confirmed that global average sea surface temperatures reached 20.98 degrees Celsius in June,
11:23smashing previous records set in both 2023 and 2024.
11:28Marine heat waves now cover a staggering 82% of the world's ocean surface.
11:34Scientists warn that with Il Nino now fully active and strengthening,
11:392026 is on track to be among the hottest years ever recorded.
11:44Last but not least today, bosses have been screaming,
11:47return to office for two years now, and employees have been very politely ignoring them.
11:54A brand new Bureau of Labor Statistics report confirms that 35% of employed Americans,
12:00that's more than one in three, still did some or all of their work remotely last year.
12:06That's actually up from 33% in 2024.
12:11Despite Amazon, JP Morgan, and even the federal government mandating full returns, workers have largely held their ground.
12:19People with bachelor's degrees and women were most likely to still be working from home.
12:25Hybrid is now officially the norm.
12:29One in three workers still at home, including, I have to say, this one right here.
12:34And honestly, the data has spoken and I wouldn't have it any other way.

13:55So, it's one of those places, a lot of tourists actually come here and they fall in love with the

13:59and the energy is so special that you come one time and you just decide to stay.
14:04That's kind of what happened to me.
14:05And right now we're doing the New Tulum tours and also we're building like a mini village community, nature's village
14:12community.
14:13So, I'm thinking it should be ready by 2022 because I'm going slow.
14:17Amazing.
14:17So, I don't want to, you know, like cut down the trees and everything.
14:19That's amazing.
14:20So, do everything eco-friendly.
14:21Well, you know that Naked News will be your first guest.

15:10Also, we have the snorkel and scuba diving, which is my favorite.

15:19Because I know it's not exactly legal.
15:21There's a lot of actually nudist locations.
15:24They're secret, but they are here.
15:27So, it's just a matter of knowing where and asking first.
15:31Always ask.
15:32You don't want to get yourself in trouble, obviously.
15:34Yes, exactly.
15:34And reconfirmed, that's all.
15:36But nudity so far has been, at least for me, welcomed.
15:40Hey, no one's given me a problem so far.
