Fiat launched U.S. sales of the Topolino, a tiny two-seat electric vehicle starting at $13,995 and aimed initially at private communities, resorts and golf courses.

00:07starting at $13,995, according to CNBC. The Stellantis brand said the vehicle has a range
00:15of up to 46 miles and will initially be used in private communities, resorts, and golf courses.
00:21The Topolino weighs just over 1,000 pounds, measures about 8 feet long,
00:25and has a top speed of 19 miles per hour. Fiat said owners will be able to install a kit

00:31late summer that upgrades the vehicle to a federally regulated low-speed vehicle,
00:35raising its speed to 25 miles per hour and allowing access to certain public roads.
00:41The Topolino EV revived the name of Fiat's historic 1930s model,
00:46which was nicknamed after Walt Disney's Mickey Mouse.
00:49The move expands Fiat's North American lineup beyond the electric 500E.
