00:00Is it one of the more difficult sports to handicap,
00:03especially when it's like every four years?
00:05Because, you know, we really don't cover it.
00:08So for you, that's extra homework, right?
00:10And really diving in, especially, I've always said this,
00:14you guys are the greatest analysts on the planet.
00:16And the reason you're the greatest analyst on the planet,
00:19you put your wallet on the table when you're making a bet.
00:22So you guys have to be right here when you're setting these lines.
00:27Does it become more difficult when, again, you don't see these guys that common?
00:31Commonly, you know, every four years you see a team like England
00:34or you see a team like Portugal.
00:37Yeah, well, and they're heavily juiced.
00:38The better teams are heavily juiced.
00:40And there's more ways to lose.
00:41You can lay the money line, and if the game's a draw, you lose your bet.
00:44So you find more ways to lose when you're betting soccer
00:47than when you're betting other sports.
00:49You know, the NFL, you're laying six and a half.
00:51If they win by more than six and a half, you win the better if you bet the money line.
00:54But if you bet the money line on a soccer team and it ends up, you know,
00:57tied at the end of regulation, well, then you lose your wager.
01:00We've been betting some totals.
01:02And like I said, I'm not the best soccer handicapper in the world.
01:04I don't portray to be.
01:06And I've been piggybacking some guys that, you know, from overseas
01:09that are better than most people.
01:11They win more than they lose.
01:13And we've had some success, so I'm happy about that.
01:15But, again, I'm not the greatest soccer handicapper in the world.
01:19How do you look at a guy like a Messi,
01:21and how do prop bets work in something like this?
01:24I mean, you know, give us some examples of prop bets,
01:27like say that you're putting out there for people.
01:30And, again, like you said, you're just, you know, maybe that's not your forte,
01:33but you are putting, I'm assuming, some prop bets out there.
01:36How do you work the prop bets in a game like this?
01:40I mean, goals scored by Messi, you know,
01:43the guy's considered the goat in the soccer world.
01:47He's like Michael Jordan.
01:48And he's like Tom Brady, if you want to even put LeBron up there.
01:52So, you know, if his team's going to win the game,
01:54if his team's going to be dominant, if, you know,
01:58Argentina's going to move on, then he's definitely got to be part of that,
02:01you know, the scoring rotation.
02:02So I would look to bet him to score in each and every one of these matches
02:06because if he doesn't, they have a real difficulty on offense scoring.
02:10Their defense is, you know, one of the better ones in soccer.
02:12But, you know, I would look more to that nature than anything else.
02:17Boy, where you lose me is the flopping.
02:20I mean, the falling down and like,
02:22the guys are shot like by a sniper in the stands.
02:26And the next thing you know, they're up, they're running around.
02:28I'm like, yeah, no, I don't, I don't get it here.
