00:00When I say that they won, it's not because this is an objective judgment.
00:03Obviously, they were inflicted a very heavy blow by the joint Israeli-American operation,
00:10both to political leadership, to scientific nuclear-related leadership, military leadership,
00:17and military capabilities, as well as military production capabilities.
00:22So, you know, objective observers would create a menu of everything that has been destroyed.
00:30And we'll tell you that the Iranians have lost that war.
00:33But as I said, I believe that perception matters.
00:37And for the Iranian regime to having survived, when both the President of the United States
00:44and the Prime Minister of Israel, I think recklessly, basically declared regime change
00:50as the objective of the operation, and regime change had not taken place,
00:56there is a sense that Iran or Tehran projects that it feels stronger than it was
01:10during and in the wake of the huge public protest in December and January,
01:17which they brutally stopped, butchering their own people.
01:22But they came into the war that started in February 28 very weak,
01:30and their conduct suggests that they feel stronger today.
01:36And when you look at the 14 points of the memo, of the MOU,
01:41it seems like the U.S. tended to reinforce their sense that they can demand whatever they wish.
