02:29The current administration says construction has resumed, technical audits have been completed, and the hospital could begin expanding its services
02:40as early as next year.
02:42But after years of setbacks, many Cebuanos are asking, can this project finally be completed?
02:51This afternoon, we look beyond the politics and beyond the headlines.
02:55We will examine what went wrong, what has changed, and what still needs to happen before Cebu City finally gets

10:07Okay, to be fair with the current administration,
