00:12game this year. So to two tablespoons of olive oil, add two tablespoons of butter and add about
00:20a quarter of a teaspoon, or more if you have it, of saffron. And add some lemon. This is a

00:27Meyer lemon. I love this. Sprinkle a little bit of salt and pepper. Brush your mixture, your saffron
00:34mixture, on the wings. Salt's very important for this recipe. In a 450 degree oven, it's going to take
00:42about 35 minutes. When you turn them, you'll brush them again. Now don't these look absolutely great?
00:50They're crispy. They're golden all over. So put these on a platter. Well actually, this is my plate.
