01:12different smell to tube and melosporum isn't it it's sort of like uh um like it's bulby garlicky
01:22um like oniony yeah it smells like the you know bulbs that you get in the garden center
01:28these are the first truffles and as far as we're aware this is the second ever harvested white
01:33truffle in Western Australia the first one being by Mel
