00:13But how are your actions affecting you and how are they affecting your loved ones, family and friends?
00:19Is what you are doing really improving the future of the UK or are you destroying your own future?
00:26Do you really believe that you are improving safety and security
00:30or are your actions putting yourself and others at risk?
00:34If you really want to be a creator of change, then this is not the way.
00:38Yes, you can make a difference, but the first step to creating positive change
00:43is walking away from your involvement.
00:46Put yourself, your family and your loved ones first.
00:50Walk away from the turmoil, the fear and the hatred
00:54and create your own path, which includes and promotes positivity, inclusivity and togetherness.
01:02Work with your communities instead of against them
01:05and start doing something positive locally for your community.
01:10Stop putting yourself and others in harm's way.
01:12You are worth so much more than this.
01:15Don't put others, many of whom most activists have never met first.
01:19Depending on what you do could even end up with you spending time in prison for your beliefs.
01:26No one will write to you or visit you and you will sadly be forgotten
01:31as they move on to the next person to use.
