This incredible video captures a set of rare and dramatic mammatus clouds filling the sky above a Durham, UK.
As the camera pans across the scene, the distinctive shapes of the mammatus clouds are revealed.
The footage filmed at Durham university on June 26th then tilts down to showcase the historic stone buildings.
Mammatus clouds are known for their unique hanging formations and are often associated with powerful storm systems, forming when pockets of sinking air descend beneath larger cloud structures.
