00:00We begin today with breaking news. A major legal battle involving Mike Lindell has come to an end.
00:06The voting technology company, formerly known as Dominion Voting Systems, now operating as Liberty
00:13Vote, has agreed to dismiss a $1.3 billion defamation lawsuit against Mike Lindell and
00:21MyPillow. Court filings show both sides agreed to drop all claims with prejudice. That means the
00:29case cannot be refiled. The lawsuit stemmed from Mike's repeated claims that Dominion helped rig
00:35the 2020 presidential election, allegations the company strongly denied. The dismissal marks
00:43a significant end to one of the most closely watched election-related lawsuits stemming from
00:48the 2020 presidential race. I am just celebrating the good news coming out of this. Tell us about
00:54this legal case and what the latest is. Well, here it is, everybody. This is the second
01:02one. Now, remember the evidence, the $5 million challenge got overturned last summer, and they
01:09said Mike was right. This is all about the voting machine evidence. And now, yesterday, if you
01:15don't see in the news, they did one article out there from Law & Crime, Dominion dropped the lawsuit
01:21against Mike Lindell and MyPillow. And that was it yesterday. So, and I just want everybody to know,
01:33it doesn't mean anything that I'm going to stop fighting these voting machine companies to...
01:40It was a nice gesture, but we are going to go, we're all in to get them, get rid of
01:46them, get to paper ballots,
01:48hand counted. And here, I'm going to announce right now, it should be within the next half hour,
01:53we're going to be posting on Lindell TV, everybody, it's 800 page historical drop of the voting machine evidence.
02:03This has never been seen before. A lot of it, a lot of it, you might have, we have bits
02:09and pieces
02:10were out there. This has been compiled over the last five years. This will be right here on Lindell TV.
02:17It'll be posted, like I say, in about 20 minutes. We're doing a press release on it. And anyone that
02:25ever tells you then, Vanessa, that ever says, oh, there's no evidence, there's no evidence. This is
02:30like a library. It's a historical library with 500 and some, I guess, articles and 100% evidence that
02:41back each thing up. This was actually part of this given to the president when he was told by,
02:47when he walked up to this reporter a few weeks ago, and he re-truthed it. So it's a very
02:55exciting day.
02:56Um, we're going to tie in, you know, all this stuff, this stuff going on. And then, uh, um,
03:02but it is, it is people, you know, it is a relief for me that, um, I don't have to,
03:07my pillow,
03:07which never did anything when they, when Dominion sued them for $1.3 billion with a B everybody.
03:15And my employees had to sit and worry about that because their CEO is out there practicing his
03:21free speech. And, uh, so this is, uh, this is a big relief. So we got one, two down. We
03:28are also
03:28appealing. Um, the appeal just went out. Um, it would actually go out, it'll go out today. The
03:35Colorado case, um, that my pillow won a year ago, Vanessa, you were there, my pillow won. And this is
03:42the last piece of that where we're, we're putting in the appeal and hopefully they rule on that very
03:47fast. This is these, uh, it seems like the voting machine companies are falling like dominoes here.
03:53They, um, and then we have the last one you'll see in the newest smart Matic here in Minneapolis.
03:58Um, that that's like a parked car. It's sitting there because if everybody remembers the judge made
04:04a ruling, uh, before even going to trial that I defamed them. And then a week later, it came out
04:10that smart Matic is in fact committing crimes with their, their company, uh, with their voting machines
04:16and, uh, against other countries. And, and, uh, that'll, a lot of that will be coming out too.
04:21But that was funny with that one because they're going, I'm going, okay, a week after this judge
04:26makes this ruling here in Minneapolis, it all comes out that yes, it's a criminal organization.
04:32Basically it's like I defamed the mafia, right? I figured it'd be like my cousin Vinnie going,
04:37okay, in light of the new evidence case dismissed. But, um, according to my lawyers,
04:42that's now how it is. It can just sit there like a parked car and, um, you know,
04:47judges can sit on it as long as they want.
