00:00The front runners to land Giannis Antetokounmpo, the Heat and the Boston Celtics.
00:05You're Brad Stevens and the Boston Celtics, and now you have Jalen Brown's name out there,
00:11and they were reluctant to put it in any kind of trade, but now, according to reports,
00:16Brown is in the trade. You have to find a way to get it done.
00:21But it's got to be Boston. The Tyler Hero trade makes no sense in any way, shape, or form.
00:27And frankly, to me, as much as anything, if you get someone like Jalen Brown,
00:33if you're the Milwaukee Bucks, you save face.
00:36If you could turn that situation where you're beyond a return,
00:42hey, listen, give Brown credit, won a championship in Boston,
00:45had a great year last year before he derailed it by losing that series
00:48and with his mouth on social media, he should always be, I think, respected in Boston.
00:54Now, you can start talking about cart, horse, what came first,
00:57he's never been the favorite of Celtics fans.
01:00When he got that extension, I said this years ago,
01:03I said you would have been better served going to Fenway Park
01:07and spending that money and just lighting it on fire than giving it to Jalen Brown.
01:11But if you can trade, albeit ultra-talented, and a phenomenal player last year,
01:15and a loudmouth, and someone who didn't want to be there,
01:19and turn him into a hungry and focused Giannis Antetokounmpo,
01:24and you put Giannis in a championship situation with a championship coach
01:28and a championship co-star in Tatum and a championship general manager and president,
01:34who I love, and Brad Stephens,
01:36I think you'll get the best version of Giannis Antetokounmpo.
01:40For Boston, now that Brown's out there, you have to get rid of him.
01:46Whether it turns out to be Giannis Antetokounmpo or ship him to Atlanta,
01:49ship him to the Clippers, whatever it is,
01:51you can't function with Brown on your team next year.
01:53Well, we could be looking at New York and Boston
01:56for the next couple of seasons
01:58as the top two teams in the Eastern Conference.
02:02How sweet would that be?
02:04And as a Knick fan, I would look forward to beating Giannis Antetokounmpo
02:07and the Boston Celtics next year and the year after that.
