00:33In fact, it's one of the most important accountability mechanisms for public officials under the Constitution.
00:42So as a trial lawyer, I found it to be a meaningful opportunity to place my experience in the service

01:57Because of the number of witnesses that we've identified in our respective pre-trial briefs.
02:04But you will note that in their pre-trial brief,
02:08because they've adopted most of our own witnesses,
02:13they actually listed 97 witnesses.
02:19So it's also a question if how come they listed 97 witnesses
02:25but they only ask for 30 trial dates.
02:28Maybe this is an indication that there's really no intention to produce all of those witnesses.
02:33But of course, we don't want to preempt.
