00:27So for Iran to surrender its missiles, it's going to be very difficult
00:32unless we find a way for bringing in the Israeli capability
00:35to be able to hit Iran on the table as well.
00:39And for that, we have the proposal for establishing a zone free of nuclear
00:44and other weapons of mass destruction in the region of the Middle East
00:47that has been languishing for decades.
00:49And Israel has been protected by the United States
00:52by opposing any progress on this particular area.
