00:00all the hate and all the dissension and all the bitterness and all this negativity that we're
00:07seeing out here. And I realize each of us must accept responsibility and determine what it is
00:14that we can do to make a difference. Each of us is incumbent upon each of us to decide what
00:22is it
00:22that I can do to make a difference in my life and also in the lives of others. So I'd
00:28like for you
00:28to kind of touch on some of that. I always believe if you're not capable of loving yourself, how could
00:36you extend love to others? Absolutely. The world will get better when people can look at themselves
00:42in the mirror. They're capable of making their bed in the morning. And I always believe in
00:46physiological. They should eat better, rest, and have certain routines. That's not easy to do,
00:52but that's what I do. And if you feel good, you might think better and you're not going to be
00:58grumpy. You're not going to, your stomach's not going to hurt. You're not going to be tired. And
01:01a lot of the times people's reactions to the thought process is because they're hungry,
01:06they're tired, they're sleepy. It's a thousand things going on in there. But if you can find
01:10your balance and your center, then you might be more open-minded. And so I just see a lot of
01:19people
01:19that don't have their own acts together. So making suggestions on my home when your home is a mess,
01:27it's a little rich, but I'm willing to listen. I mean, maybe your slop is okay. Some people like
01:32to live a certain lifestyle, but then there's also self-respect. You need to show up on time. You need
01:39to present yourself in a certain way where people at least will take the time to listen to you.
01:47Shouting arguments. Cursing is appropriate at certain times, but in my opinion, I think it
01:53should be applicable for all audiences. And if we're being recorded, you should be able to play
01:57it in the car with children. Amen. Amen. I agree wholeheartedly. I agree wholeheartedly.
02:04I agree wholeheartedly.
