00:00We will grow at around 50 to 100 stores a year.
00:03That's what we think in the short term is what we will look at.
00:07The reason for that is, you know, we need to grow at the right place at the right time.
00:11And it depends in terms of where the consumers are.
00:14Because as you would well know, coffee is still an underpenetrated category.
00:19It's a growing category. We're seeing double-digit growth.
00:23It is a nation of tea drinkers?
00:24That's correct. So if you look at tea, the penetration of tea is 93%, 94%.
00:29The most had beverage after water.
00:32But coffee is still at 24%.
00:34Now it means two things.
00:36One, obviously the upside is huge.
00:38Which is also one of the reasons as to why we believe that there is potential in this market.
00:43You're catering to every layer, every taste, every segment.
00:49How are you thinking about market share for the future?
00:52Let's say 12, 24, 36 months down the road.
00:55What kind of market share do you think you can get from that?
00:59So the good thing is we have managed to hold on to our market share.
01:03We are around 30% of the market.
01:06I think the idea is to continue to have that market share.
01:11You want to grow that market share?
01:13You know, the category is growing.
01:14And the category is growing double-digit.
01:16So I think if I maintain the market share in the short term, I would be happy.
01:23Because that gives me enough growth.
01:25The market is growing at 20-odd percent.
01:27So just to maintain my 30%, and like you said, the indies, the proliferation of stores is very high.
01:35So the whole idea is to hold on to your market share in the short term, and that will give
01:40you the growth that you require.
01:42And then we will see from there.
01:44In terms of cost, I'm wondering if supply chain disruptions as a result of the war in Iran, for example,
01:51and the high cost of fuel, how is it impacting how you do business and the business itself?
01:57So, you know, most of our, the impact for us, because we don't import, we are a local supply chain,
02:05including our espresso beans.
02:07We use Indian beans, we roast here.
02:10Most of our, most of our products are sourced in India locally.
02:17And hence, from the larger context, I think we are insulated to that extent.
02:25And yeah, so, so I would say it doesn't have that significant an impact.
02:31Obviously, there are the inflationary pressures that keep happening on annual basis and India's and inflationary market.
02:38So you keep track of that and you see what needs to be done on that.
