00:00President Trump wrapped up his trip to the G7 summit with a press conference on Wednesday.

00:19The past two days have provided a chance to discuss the details of this historic agreement
00:25with many of our closest friends and allies, including the G7 nations.
00:29They are thrilled that we made a deal, every one of them.
00:32He was asked about what happens if the deal goes south, to which he answered this.

00:43The last day of the summit got off to a late start.
00:46President Trump was the last one to enter the room.
00:49We can't be sure about the cause of his tardiness,
00:52but right about the time the meeting was scheduled to begin,
00:54the president was in the throes of a particularly long posting storm on Truth Social.
00:59When he entered the room, Treasury Secretary Scott Besant was in his seat,
01:02and the president joked, quote, I'm the boss.
01:05Now, Besant was promptly booted from the chair.
01:07French President Emmanuel Macron tried to get the meeting started by
01:11shooing the media out of the room, but President Trump piped up and asked the press corps,
01:15quote, would you like to stay for the meeting?
01:17It's OK with me.
01:19They were escorted out anyway, and we can assume the meeting began.
01:22Oh, and one more bit from the all-important G7.
01:25The group of world leaders released a statement this week promising to fight
01:29what they called lingering poverty around the world.
01:33Moments after that statement, they gathered for a ritzy dinner together,
01:38which, thanks to a leaked copy of the menu for the event,
01:40included caviar and $7,000 magnums of red wine.
