00:07according to Reuters. The product will roll out in Japan through a joint venture that the two
00:12companies established last November. The venture operates through SoftBank's domestic telecoms
00:17arm and OpenAI, and has focused on AI system integration services for Japanese businesses.
00:22SoftBank founder and CEO Masayoshi Son said at a Tokyo presentation that the product aims to
00:28defend critical Japanese infrastructure using OpenAI's technology. SoftBank Corp. CEO Junichi
00:34Miyakawa said the team working on the rollout will grow from roughly 50 people to around 1,000.
