Paris bridge hosts augmented reality 'cavern' experience designed by French artist JR

"When you enter the cavern, all your senses are heightened," French artist JR says while trying out Snap’s new "Specs" glasses. "We actually slow down time," he adds. Launched today in the United States, they will go on sale there in the autumn, as well as in France and the United Kingdom. Visitors, meanwhile, will be able to experience the “Echoes” augmented reality tour using the current “Spectacles” model. France is one of the three launch markets for Specs, where Snap has had an augmented reality studio since 2021.
