03:51To boost rental value, this old primary needs to be equally as appealing.

03:59So, we're thinking of a sitting area in this nook to sit back and take it all in.
04:04We'll carry over our calm, muted, and understated design style from downstairs.
04:09The bathroom is tight, and there's not much room to rework the layout, so the only way
04:14to add value is to gut it and modernize the existing footprint.
