00:00This is a belief you do not need to be greedy. Why do I not need to be greedy? As
00:04an enquirer, I'll ask that.
00:05Because being greedy is not my fundamental problem. My fundamental problem is I am not, come on please, alright with
00:12myself.
00:12That's my fundamental problem. If being greedy can solve that problem, I'll prefer to be greedy.
00:18So I'll not stop at these moral dictums. Do not be greedy, do not be lustful, do not covet somebody's
00:24property, do not be ambitious.
00:26This world is a place where you have come only for a few days, so take care of the next
00:31world, engage in all kind of sadkarma, nice deeds, be virtuous, take bath twice a day.
00:37That's not Vedanta. Greed etc. I understand, it's commonsensical that greed is a problem.
00:43But Vedanta will not say greed is a fundamental problem. Vedanta will say the fundamental problem is the wrong centre
00:49you operate from.
00:50If you can have a peculiar greed arising from the right centre, that greed is sacred. May I give the
00:57example of the top greed? It's called Mumuksha.
01:00The great desire to not accept any bondages, to be absolutely liberated.
