00:15says Deputy Communications Minister Teo Nguyen Ching.

00:18Teo was asked to comment on criticism of Heshamuddin Ghazali,

00:23who allegedly used a racial slur against two government critics in a social media post.

00:29Teo stressed the importance of avoiding inappropriate language and all three-hour issues,

00:35not just during election periods but at all times.

00:39Teo also said she had yet to meet Heshamuddin and was unsure of whether Communications Minister Fahmi Fazil had done

00:48Heshamuddin was appointed to the post on June 8, replacing Ismail Yusuf.
