Guyanese Shemaine Campbelle struck a career-best 90* as West Indies stunned defending champions New Zealand in their opening match of the ICC Women's T20 World Cup on Saturday.
Campbelle's maiden T20I fifty came in her 155th game as West Indies won by seven wickets with one ball to spare, chasing a target of 163 in Southampton.
Her 62-ball innings included seven fours and three sixes. Skipper Hayley Matthews chipped in with 48 off 37 (6x4s, 1x6).
Earlier, medium-pacer Aaliyah Alleyne took 4-27 as West Indies kept New Zealand to 162-6.
