00:00Nobody really knew who Josh Hogan was a year ago, you know what I'm saying?
00:03And here he is right now. First it was like, God, dude, man, this guy is cringe with this, like,
00:08fake macho man savage type stuff, but
00:10he backs it up, and even other fighters are like, they say the same thing.
00:15They're like, yeah, it's kind of cringy, but you know what? He is really good, right?
00:20Like, everybody sort of realizes, you and I talked about it, like, I mean, you know, wrestler, I saw him
00:26wrestle,
00:26I saw the video the other day, he was wrestling Bo Nickel, and not easy, guys.
00:30The guy was a walk-on in college football and, like, scored, like, eight touchdowns, a fullback.
00:36Not easy to do. Like, you know what I'm saying? Like, the guy's an athlete, for real.
00:41He's undersized in the heavyweight division, but he's using it to his advantage, and now he gets Derek Lewis.
00:47Josh, a minus 425 favorite, another one and a half here, except this one is favorite to the under.
00:53Under one and a half is minus 200, Tom.
00:57Yeah, and probably for good reason, and I, there's no bigger fan in the world of Derek Lewis than me.
01:03I mean, I love the guy. I love watching his fights. Love all his antics. I mean, all his post
01:09-fight antics, he's hilarious.
01:12And he's got all the power. He's got power for days. And if he lands a big shot, he could
01:18put Hoke it out.
01:18But what we've seen from him, if it's a faster striker with power, and they get in on him early,
01:24he kind of wilts a little bit.
01:26And he doesn't want to be in there and take a beating. So he kind of just, you know, packs
01:31it up.
01:32He either gets that knockout, or he's getting finished himself lately.
01:37You know, and Hoke it, he could take him down. He could beat him up a little bit early, but
01:41I would expect fireworks in this one.
01:44Hoke it's a wild man. I mean, we made fun of him. He's cringy.
01:47Like, that was pretty much our breakdown on my podcast every time he fought.
01:51Like, yeah, this guy's good. He's fighting a guy he's going to destroy.
01:54We'll get a cringy post-fight interview, and we'll move on.
01:58But since that Curtis Blades fight, you know, he's kind of turned a lot of heads, and he is a
02:03great athlete.
02:04He has all the tools. And, yeah, I just think it's a bad matchup for Derek Lewis.
02:09Time's just flying by tonight on the show.
02:12Zahabi and O'Malley, we've got about a minute and a half left here before the break.
02:17Zahabi's a plus-325 favorite. O'Malley minus-425. Total two-and-a-half here.
02:20Heavily shaded to the over, a minus-210.
02:23But, you know, can Zahabi win? Yeah, he could potentially win.
02:28But I like the over here more.
02:31I'm almost like, all right, Eamon, can you give me two-and-a-half rounds?
02:33And I think he can.
02:35Yeah, I think this one goes all three, honestly.
02:38They're both good strikers.
02:39O'Malley has some great finishes in his past, but, you know,
02:43he has gone a long way in fights sometimes to get those knockouts.
02:47And recently, he's been pretty patient.
02:49I expect it to be a back-and-forth striker's affair.
02:53I expect O'Malley to win.
02:55I would bet O'Malley by decision.
02:59And, you know, that's it.
03:00It's going to be a relatively competitive fight,
03:02but I think O'Malley just edges him out and, you know,
03:05gets him over three rounds.
03:06I think we'll get them on the bottom of the day.
03:06I hate your brain.
03:06And what did Someone do all right,
03:06by the way it looks like,
